Picture
The detailed process guide is the “glue” that brings everything together. It is designed to drive the procurement process from start to finish. Picture

Models

Picture
This model takes the scored assessment criteria from the Technical Assessment Model and the Commercial Assessment Model for upto 10 bidders as assessed by upto 10 assessors. The Technical Assessment score and the Commercial Assessment score are weighted as agreed and an Overall Assessment score for each bidder is generated.

Reports

Picture
Throughout most significant procurement events there will be a requirement to present periodic reports to various stakeholders. To attempt provide a report for each possible set of circumstances would be futile. We have provided a report suitable for keeping the working teams informed and a report suitable for keeping senior management teams informed (this report). These reports may be easily tailored to suit particular stakeholder requirements.
