FINAL EVALUATION

Having completed the Best and Final Offer task it is now time to carry out the Final Evaluation task.

It is possible that the Best and Final Offer may result in changes to the Bidders’ initial responses to the Technical Requirements Specification, the Commercial Requirements Specification and / or the Financial Schedule, and if so, this should have been made clear by the bidder in their Best and Final Offer response. Almost certainly though, the bulk of the changes will be in the Financial Schedule.
