CONTRACT EXECUTION

The task of Execution of the contract signals the end in the Procurement Event. The next process, to which Procurement Manager hands off to, is Vendor Management as shown in Figure 1 - Procurement Management Process - High-level View and depending on the circumstances, to the Operations staff. Prior to handing off to Vendor Management it is recommended that the following activities be carried out under the Task called Procurement Closure.
