IMPLEMENTATION

This is the first sub-process that really starts to show what the market has to offer. It’s an exciting sub-process and a very important one. During this sub-process, perhaps more than any other, the Procurement Manager needs to be highly organised and needs to either follow the information in the Process Guide very carefully or understand the full ramifications of departing from it.
