ISSUE RFX 

Public Notices should be prepared in the case of open tenders and even in the case of closed tenders formal solicitation letters should be prepared for each of the bidders. When issuing the RFx documentation it is vital that there is great clarity concerning, at a minimum, the following:
  • Specific and detailed requirements i.e. Technical Requirements Schedule and Commercial Requirements Schedule
  • Compliance and probity procedures
  • Key dates
  • Acceptable response formats
  • Q&A and other contact arrangements during the Open RFx
